Shipping Policy

Products purchased on ENORA are typically shipped within 5 business days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and your product shipped, you will receive tracking number. This is usually 2-3 business days before your order is due to be delivered

We make every effort to ensure your product reaches you the earliest. However, shipping may be delayed during holidays, inclement weather or when shipping a big sale. You willalways be notified in such a case.

All our orders are sent without signatures, unless requested by the customer. Should you need one, please leave a note when placing the order.

ENORA will not be held responsible for packages with a delivered status

For overseas shipping, any additional customs required to clear a package will be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

A customer can request cancellation of an order provided it has not been processed and shipped already.

To cancel an order, call us at 0031684615723 or send us an email at  during our working hours. (Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.) Please note that emails received on Friday will be replied to on Monday.

Following a successful cancellation request, you will receive the full amount to your debit/credit card within 1 to 5 business days

We kindly request that you reach out and ask any questions you may have regarding our products and services before placing an order. 

Each purchase is unique and has extenuating circumstances. Please contact our customer service first to resolve any discrepancies

All sales are final after signed proof of delivery. Be sure you intend to purchase before placing an order.

 In case your shipment is confiscated by your country’s customs, we are not liable and you are not entitled to a refund.

Note to International Customers

All products listed on our website are legally sold within the Netherlands. It is your responsibility to inquire whether the products you’ve purchased are allowed for import to your country.

ENORA will not be liable If a shipment is confiscated & destroyed by your country’s Customs officials. If a shipment is rejected and returned to us, you will be refunded minus the shipping charge. However, if the shipment is detained & destroyed, you will not be entitled to a refund.
