Products purchased on ENORA are typically shipped within 5 business days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Once your order has been processed and your product shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This is usually 2-3 business days before your order is due to be delivered.
We make every effort to ensure your product reaches you the earliest. However, shipping may be delayed during holidays, inclement weather or when shipping a big sale. You willalways be notified in such a case.
All our orders are sent without signatures, unless requested by the customer. Should you need one, please leave a note when placing the order.
ENORA will not be held responsible for packages with a delivered status.
For overseas shipping, any additional customs required to clear a package will be borne by the customer.
