Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation of orders placed on ENORA and the refund of any paid money will be
according to the following refund and cancellation policy.
A customer can request cancellation of an order provided it has not been processed and shipped already.
To cancel an order, call us at 0031684615723 or send us an email at enoraroyalluxury@yahoo.com during our working hours. (Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.) Please note that emails received on Friday will be replied to on Monday.
Following a successful cancellation request, you will receive the full amount to your debit/credit card within 1 to 5 business days

All sales are final after signed proof of delivery. Be sure you intend to purchase before placing an order.
